My Set Timer

Terms of Use

Last updated: June 25, 2026

1. Scope

These Terms of Use define the conditions for using My Set Timer, provided by Art Place. By using the app, users are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

2. Service

The app is a sequence timer for personal use, including yoga, stretching, workouts, and study. It provides features such as menu saving, automatic break insertion, sound cues, timeline display, and Apple Watch integration.

3. Health and Exercise Notice

The app is not intended for medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or professional exercise instruction. If you have health concerns or feel discomfort during exercise, stop using the app and consult a professional as needed.

4. HealthKit Integration

If the user allows HealthKit integration, the app saves a Mindful Session only when a session in the Meditation category is completed. Manually ended sessions and sessions in other categories are not saved.

5. Advertising

The app may display ads before a session starts. Ads are not displayed during a session. Ad availability and frequency may change for operational reasons.

6. Subscriptions

The app may offer an auto-renewable subscription named "My Set Timer Premium Monthly." While the subscription is active, pre-session ads are hidden. The subscription period is one month, and the price is shown on the App Store purchase screen and in the app.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage, cancel, or stop renewal from App Store subscription management after purchase.

If you change devices, you can restore an active purchase from "Restore Purchase" in the app. If a free trial or promotional offer is available, its conditions are shown by the App Store.

7. Data and Backups

Menus, settings, and session resume progress are mainly stored on the device. Data may be lost due to device failure, deletion, OS issues, app issues, or other causes. Users are responsible for managing important information.

8. Prohibited Acts

Users must not reverse engineer or modify the app, place excessive load on the service, infringe third-party rights, violate laws, or act against public order and morals.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages, injuries, data loss, or third-party service failures arising from use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

The developer may update these terms as needed. Important changes may be announced in the app or on this website.
