1. Basic Policy
My Set Timer is an app that supports timer sessions for yoga, stretching, workouts, study, and similar routines. We respect user privacy and handle information only as needed to provide and improve the app, show ads, and respond to inquiries.
2. Information Stored in the App
Menus, timer items, break and sound settings, and session resume progress are mainly stored on the user's device. This information is used to provide timer and resume features.
3. Apple Watch Integration
To run sessions on Apple Watch, menus and settings from the iPhone app are synced to Apple Watch. Synced information is used to display and operate timers on Apple Watch.
4. HealthKit
If HealthKit access is allowed, the app saves a Mindful Session only when a session in the Meditation category is completed. Sessions in workout, study, custom, and other categories, and sessions ended manually, are not saved to HealthKit.
HealthKit-related data is used only to save completed Meditation-category sessions as Mindful Sessions when the user grants permission. It is not used for advertising, marketing, analytics profiling, or data mining.
HealthKit-related data is not shared with Google Firebase, Google AdMob, or any other advertising or analytics services.
5. Firebase Analytics
The app may use Firebase Analytics to improve quality, review ad decisions, and understand usage. Logged events may include ad decisions, ad display results, ad failures, session starts, and developer support actions.
When GoogleService-Info.plist is not included in the app environment, Firebase is not initialized and Analytics sending is disabled.
6. Advertising
My Set Timer may display ads using Google AdMob. Ads may appear before a session starts and are not shown during a session. Google may handle device information, advertising identifiers, usage information, and related data for ad delivery.
7. Inquiries and Forms
Messages, ideas, and feedback to the developer may open a mail app or Google Form. Submitted content, email addresses, and form entries are used to respond to inquiries and improve the app.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Menus, timer items, settings, and session resume progress stored on the user's device remain on the device until the user deletes them in the app or deletes the app.
Information submitted through inquiries, forms, or email is retained only as long as necessary for support, responding to inquiries, and improving the app.

9. Consent and Privacy Choices
HealthKit access can be revoked at any time in the iOS Health app or Settings app.
Tracking and ad personalization permissions can be managed in the iOS Settings app.
If permission is revoked, related sync, recording, analytics, or advertising features may stop working.
10. Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party services including Apple HealthKit, WatchConnectivity, Google Firebase, Google AdMob, and Google Forms. Information handled by these services is managed under each provider's terms and policies.
